Whenever there is,

that comes.
Drowning all other thoughts,
as it overwhelms the background.
Suffocating any other sounds,
as it finds the foreground.
“Do you really think?”, it will question.
“Surely, you cannot believe”, it will doubt.
“Impossible” it will rationalize.
But to its utterances,
you must never listen,
to its every vocalization,
you must curse!
Begin, continue, and persist in spite of it!
To all of its questions, seek!
Through its doubt, trust!
At its logic, laugh!
The voice,
the simple words it speaks,
are neither tested nor true,
but as you,
begin, continue, and persist,
the action you take in spite of it,
will prove your potential unending.
